Shipping and Returns
1. Order Cancelations Maidikari is not accepting order cancellations at this time. All orders placed will be fulfilled in a timely manner and shall be shipped to the address provided in the order details of said order.
2. Returns and Exchanges Maidikari is not accepting any Returns or Exchanges for the time being. If you (the customer) have had any issues with your order please contact us at info@maidikari.com.
3. Lost Packages Maidikari is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. If your package shows that it's been delivered at usps.com and you still haven’t received it, please file a claim with the appropriate carrier and provide us with the claim number via email.
4. Shipping Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers. Maidikari is taking all precautions advised by the CDC in order to keep us all safe. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, shipping delays may occur. Shipping within the US and territories are currently estimated to take from 2-3 business days. Shipping worldwide is currently estimated to take from 10-21 business days.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
On occasion, Maidikari offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. Maidikari ships to most countries worldwide via USPS for all domestic and international packages.
